Code of Ethics

• We shall demonstrate in our behavior and languafe reaspect and appreciation for the unique vaue and human potential of each child.
• We shall empower fmilies with information and resources so that they are informed consumers of services for their children.
• Above all, we shall notharm children. We shall nor participate in the practices that are emotionally damaging, physically harmful, disrespectful, degrading, dangerous, exploitative, or intimidating to children.
• To further the professional developmetnt of the field of early chldhood care and education and to trengthen its commitment to realizing its core values as reflected in this code.

There are some many more code that were very appealling to me that to write just these few was hard to choose. Both documents have a lot to offer for growth and leadership.
